What data we process and why
- Data sent through the contact form (name, firm or company, email, optional phone, information about your office and your message): used only to reply to your request and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or assess participation in the pilot programme. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Technical browsing data (IP address, date and time, page requested) logged by the server for security and proper operation of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a contractual relationship begins. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. It may be processed, as processors, by the hosting and email providers we use, within the European Union.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and object to processing by writing to info@stregabyte.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or third-party advertising tools. It only uses your browser's local storage to remember whether you prefer the light or dark theme: a technical setting that stays on your device and is never sent to us. For this reason no consent banner is needed.
If we add traffic measurement tools in the future, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
